If you look at the Joomla control panel you'll notice a distinct difference between it and a conventional website builder.

Instead of concentrating on the design of your website, you are free to focus your efforts on developing its content.

Instead of creating web pages one at a time you are building content and assigning it to sections and categories. Pages are automatically generated from the content that you build.

If you make an oversight in developing your content and want to change the entire structure half way through the project - it's no problem.

Not like it would be if you were using a conventional website builder and had to relink and categorize your pages manually.

To add New Content just click the Add New Content button.

Start out with a generic template, create your entire website and then worry about the design. Changing the template takes about 5 seconds. See Screenshot

Don't like the way your pages are laid out. That is also changed from the Control Panel.

If your website gets too big and you need to reorganize the information by adding new sections and categories, you would use the section manager to create the new section and then use the category manager to add new categories. It's then an easy process to move existing content into the new categories.

It would take days to do that witha conventional builder. With Joomla it would take a few minutes.
