You can easily add a second row of links to the top menu bar if you have more than seven web pages in your website.

You will need to increase the height of the second row on the index.html web page to accomodate the change. Decrease the height of the third row so that all of your row height settings add up to 100.

On the top-links.html web page, place a <br clear="all"> tag after the first block of links.

Copy and paste the existing block of links below the clear all tag.

Then change the page names and urls in the second block to reflect your new pages.
